Retrieve Medical, a NJ-based patient care documentation improvement company, and Strategic Healthcare Connections LLC ("SHC"), a growth accelerator focused on innovative technologies, recently entered into a strategic relationship. SHC will help Retrieve Medical introduce their Retrieve Dx™ solution to the healthcare marketplace.

Retrieve Dx is a decision support application designed to aid physicians in accurately detecting and documenting patient diagnoses quickly and efficiently. Developed at and deployed for more than five years at Stony Brook University Hospital in Stony Brook, NY, Retrieve Dx usage has resulted in a reduction of missed diagnoses, improved quality of patient care, as well as an increase in quality measure scores, reimbursements, and provider satisfaction.
